Cypress Organic Essential Oil

Organic Certification · 100% Pure and Natural

Regular price €20,99

Saturn, the guardian between worlds

Cupressus sempervirens · The pure Mediterranean guardian.

Distilled from cypress trees that have been guardians of our estate for decades. Solemn, balsamic, and woody — the scent of Mediterranean forests in winter.

With α-Pinene 43-45% and δ-3-Carene 16-22% as dominant monoterpenes, and cedrol as the deep woody signature of a centuries-old tree, this essential oil has a saturnine character: structure, boundaries, and connection between heaven and earth.

Artisanal distillation in a copper still.

WE FOLLOW THE CYCLES OF THE MOON

BASED ON PERMACULTURE
WHAT IS AN ESSENTIAL OIL?

Simply put, an essential oil is the concentrated aromatic essence of a plant, obtained by distillation.

When water vapor passes through plant material, it carries away the most volatile aromatic molecules.

Upon condensation, they separate into two distinct products: the essential oil on one side, and the hydrolate on the other.

On the skin

diluted in vegetable oil, they are perfect for making serums, creams, and massage oils. They provide specific properties depending on each plant.

Never apply undiluted to the skin — always dilute to 1-3% in a carrier oil such as jojoba, rosehip, or calendula.

In aromatherapy

inhaled directly or diffused, essential oils act on the limbic system — the emotional center of the brain. A few drops on the wrists, chest, or a handkerchief are enough to feel their effect. Each plant has its own emotional and energetic signature.

Essential oils are highly concentrated products—it takes kilos of plants to obtain a few milliliters. That's why they are always used diluted in a vegetable oil (2-3% for adults). Their high concentration makes them extraordinarily active and versatile, both in cosmetics and in aromatherapy and environmental diffusion.

In the Air

A few drops in an ultrasonic diffuser transform any space. Each essential oil adds its own character: calm, energy, focus, purification. It's the simplest and most effective way to enjoy their aromatic and emotional properties.

WHY IS OURS SPECIAL?
SYNERGIES WITH OUR PRODUCTS

Synergies that can help you

DIFFERENCES WITH OUR HYDROSOLS
Dominant Molecule

· EO: α-Pinene 43-45% — lipophilic monoterpene that remains in the oil. Toning, astringent, and purifying action in concentrated and massage formulations.
· Hydrosol: Terpinen-4-ol 23.18% — more water-soluble alcohol that migrates to the water. Direct astringent action on skin and scalp, suitable for daily use without dilution.

Second Molecule

· EO: δ-3-Carene 16-22% — lipophilic monoterpene, enhances the astringent and purifying character in formulations.
· Hydrosol: α-Terpineol 21.84% — monoterpenic alcohol, softens and balances the astringent effect of terpinen-4-ol. Makes the hydrosol suitable even for sensitive skin.

Cedrol

· EO: 2.75-2.8% · Hydrosol: 3.55%
· The most surprising data in the profile: the hydrosol has more cedrol than the essential oil. Despite being a large molecular sesquiterpene, cedrol has enough affinity with water to partially migrate to the hydrosol during a slow and complete artisanal distillation. Its higher concentration in the hydrosol explains the enhancing action on the sensation of lightness in the legs that our cypress hydrosol has in direct application.

What to use each for?

Cypress EO
· Leg massage formulations — diluted to 2-3% in olivarda oil macerate.
· Concentrated natural deodorants.
· Intensive hair formulations for very oily scalps.
· Diffusion for meditation, concentration, and transition moments.
· Never use undiluted — always diluted.

Cypress Hydrosol

· Daily facial toner for oily skin and enlarged pores — direct use without dilution.
· Leg spray for immediate relief of tired feeling.
· Hair tonic for oily scalp — apply and do not rinse.
· Natural deodorant for direct use.

The ideal combination
Hydrosol as a daily direct toner + EO diluted in olivarda oil macerate for intensive weekly massage. Two products, two concentrations, one plant — the most complete protocol for leg well-being and oily skin care.
